you should at least post the 'error code' like #ABCDEFGH12-595B...
and then wait for help as i do with one of my hdd's
the guys who provide passwords are either away for weeks/months now or turned to the dark side and sell passwords somewhere else....

ok, there is no way to delete the hdd password. it can be reset with a master password. to create a master password you need to at least post the hdd serial number which is displayed in the 'error code' (e.g. #ABCDEFGH12-595B where ABCDEFGH12 is the hdd serial number).
well, as I said... wait for the guyy to give you master password or buy one or buy a new hdd.
