    I'm new to this so bear with me. I got the liteonit ldw 811s duel drive and for some reason it won't burn dvds.I'm using dvd xcopt platinum. It will copy the movie to the computer and goes to where it says add a blank dvd but it never recognizes when I put one in. I know it works because I burnt all my music onto a dvd. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me?
