I was surfing the net and BSoD happened :((

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x100000c5 (0xd246f0f9, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x805446f3). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini102206-01.dmp

already ran a memtest and chkdsk but none found :((

Probably caused by amon.sys, which belongs to NOD32 AV - see below for bugcheck C5. If you've recently updated, try reinstalling it (uninstall it first).

    0x000000C5: DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL
An attempt occurred to touch invalid memory at a process IRQL that is too high. This is almost always caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. If you’ve recently installed any new software, check to see if it’s properly installed; and check for updated drivers on the manufacturer’s web site.

That one just lists pool corruption (no driver). Post some more dumps if you still have the problem.
