Help:Blue screen message

    I get a blue message screen when i try to shut down the computer.When i restart it,i get a message that windows has recovered from a serious error.
    Please tell me how can i find out what's causing it?

    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

    Both your minidumps crash at ftdibus.sys.

    I have only come across this problem once before. It seems it was solved by uninstalling the ftdibus.sys driver and installing a newer driver.

    See HERE for further info. You will need to read through the thread to find the solution.

    Thanx Howard

    Howard you were right.When i disabled the synchro port of my phone cell it stopped crashing.But i'm still thinking of updating the driver because i'm not sure which one is the proper.
