Help. Changed 2 Standard PC but cant IRQ switch

I changed from ACPI to standard PC, I reformatted my PC and hit F5 at the SCSI question and it set to C Step 486i I believe.

Now My IRQs are DIFFERENT but I still can not switch them manually please help thank you.
