Any DVD-ROM drive should work just fine. They all do the same thing - Read DVDs :) So just find the cheapest one around ;)

There is some cheap DVD ROM drives here (£20 - £25), all really good brands (LG, ASUS, SAMSON) and phat prices!

This is a really good trusted site.

I have found LG to be reliable in the low price range.

Go for the likes of LiteOn LTD-163D. This is a 16xDVD/48xCD with excellent qualifications for e.g. ripping sound-tracks.
