  1. hey everyone- my hp crashes everytime i try to burn avi files to dvd thru nero 7(crashes with sonic as well). wondering if this is a ram problem. this pops up every once in a while--- the instruction at "0x7c9111de" referenced memory at "0x000000001" memory could not be read--i posted this before in device forum but not sure what kind of problem this is. i checked my drivers thru device manager and they appear to be set correctly according to some advice i was given on the drive forum section. doesn't crash when i burn audio with nero 7, just burning to dvd. help help help....thanx for your time guys i really appreciate it. I'm not sure what this means but i found it on another forum. Someone asking the same question and this was the response:

Well, i found somewhere else the solution for my problem.
When burning DVDs, remove the NBF_CD_TEXT flag !
    That's all !

Also have you tried burning to different dvd media? Could be the disks.
