Help Finding Right RAM

I have been looking into buying some memory for my new pc, and was wondering what ram is compatible with the mobo. I have the QVL from ASUS, although, there is not much available under it. Although, my mobo (listed below) does run my Samsung DDR2 533 memory fine. I'm looking at 1-2 gigs right now. I'm a little stuck right now. Oh, and should I get 2X512 for 1 GB? Should I leap up to 2? If so, should I get 2X 1GB? Mobo takes DDR2 800, and DDR2 667 as well.

i checked out www.corsair.com and couldnt find the QVL, but found a PVL. b/c u know exactly what ur mobo is, u can try corsair.com and try to locate ur proper memory

I looked there already. It lists around 2 kinds (they are not on newegg either).
