So far I have been able to disable the class in the explorer under "Tools" options. Therefore, I don't have the problem anymore because it is disabled, but to be honest I want to delete it!

I have seen this guy as well with the same symptoms:

According to the answer, the responsible is Win32/Winshow.U!Trojan (or maybe another version). So I have to find it and delete it

Those same two entries are still in your HJT log.

Download and run the Autoruns programme from HERE.

Post the Autoruns log as well as a fresh Ewido log.
