I can't install Sims Makin Magic! Whenever its at 95% it says ERROR!

then it removes the sims from my computer and installer turns off

Redownload a new setup package maybe to a new location.

is this from a cd? or a download off the net?
do you have copying software running in the background .. sometimes EA stuff doesnt like virtual drives etc etc
you may want to turn them off
or if you need them then find an application to hide them.

if its from a store bought CD then its probably damaged..
you may wanna try contacting EA if the CD isnt damaged
failing that .. find it on bit torrent and use your key on a downloaded copy.. still perfectly leagal.

The CRC error can be caused by bad media or bad burn.

Try a different dvd/cd drive,or replace the cd,or buy a genuine cd,or download the game.
