first, is this a laptop or a desktop?
second, what does the requirements on the game package say?
third what kind of setup do you have?

it is a laptop and my computer meets all the i went to the games website and alot of people posted comments saying crash at loading which is the problem i am having and the game site replied with saying check your requirements and make sure your video card and sound card are updated. and it says they wont say how to update a sound card because all manufacturers do it differently

if you have a sound card issue, you go to the maker's website and download and install the new drivers.
