HELP!!! laptop problems

    i have recently purchased a new laptop, asus pro31series. it came loaded with vista, but it ran out of battery whilst updating (auto update) and now whenever i turn the laptop on i get a message with two options and regardless of which option i choose it takes me back to the same screen and i cant get into nething, i would reformat. but i dont have the disc for vista. just wondering if there is ne1 that can help me. im in a bit of a pickle.

    What is the message that you are getting

    In regards to no Vista disc, did you get a recovery disc, or is there a recovery startup prompt message ?

    Warning: using a recovey disc will usually remove ll your data (if any) on your system
