hey, I just got this new logitech quickcam and it wont let me take a picture.. I can use the quick capture but whenever i try to take a picture it says:
unable to save picture to "".
I keep trying to access "My logitech pictures" but it says:
explorer.exe has generated some errors and will be shut down my windows.
i downloaded the latest support and reinstalled the camera.
what should i do?
