Again Im Not The Smartest Person About Computers but I know a tad.

    If its used, pass it.

If its not used, what is the 2nd processers GHZ?, if its more then the 1st, then pick waht you want, but if its not I would choose the 1st.

Man, If noone answers, dont waste your money...now let me post a random set of lyrics

It's like my life keeps turning around
Every second I need a lighter, I keep burning it down
I smoke so much, I could nurture a pound
My thoughts are always foggy, they blurring right now listen
I see the game for what it's worth, pain, fame and work
Girls walk with they brain in their skirt
So while you're ****ing, they thinking
Of ways to get even, or a way out the hood, they make up a reason
For the judge, for you take him and see him
Until you face a subpena, that'll change your demeanor
So be careful, where you skating through this game
Remember it's other niggaz playing, skating in your lane
Don't get clipped, or stripped skating in the rain
Cause niggaz will keep rolling, and skating on your brain
That's just the rules and regulations of the game
When you playing you, you playing, and you paying like you weigh in, so..
If not, those wolves aiming where you layin'
And waiting on you patient with that thing up in the basement
That's why I walk with that thing out, when I'm pacing
Cause I know these niggaz hate it, that their little sisters love it
And their girls really want it, plus I'm frontin
Twenty three big truckin, new Z, new bucket

    Rajguru-
You didn't say what you intend to do with this PC. Performance-wise the AMD system will be faster and run cooler than the intel rig. If you will be gaming then there is no doubt you want the AMD based PC. AMD benchmarks better than Intel, in games, in nearly every case. Plus the rig has a 250GB hard drive.

If you want to use software that specifically uses hyperthreading (heavy video editing for example) then pick the Intel rig. Not many programs use hyperthreading though.

Just a word of advice. Both systems are using dated components. They may be out of the box new but they are older technology-wise. The price is reasonable though for what you get and it should be a decent rig. Bottom-line, go with the second choice. It will be faster, run cooler and have more storage.
