Log Files Must Be Posted As Attachments And Not Copy And Pasted.
help me find a solution to my comp. problem. i can,t access task manager..

unfortunately, you have many problems and it also seems that you are not running an antivirus scanner or a firewall. FREE ANTIVIRUS HERE and FREE FIREWALLS FROM HERE.
go to THIS LOCATION and follow the instructions. note, that it is very important to rename 'hijack this' after you download it, then change its name to 'analyser 1991' or similar. place it in its own folder within programme files.
after you have run the scans, post a 'hijack this' log as well as an 'avg' log.
post the log as an attachment and not a paste.
you will find below the reply box a section called 'attach files', click 'manage files' to begin upload process.
