help me i have a stop error screen

  1. unbreakable Newcomer, in training

    i've been getting this blue stop error screen that says bad pool header 0x00000019 and i don't know what to do, i can't get my computer to load up in anything other than safe mode , i've checked around and i think that i have a bad video device driver but i don't even know what that is , can someone please help me i'm lost without a clue.
