    Hello,

About a year ago, I purchased this Dell Dimension (3.6Ghz/2GB RAM/XP Home), and every now and then I would get the blue screen of death. I didn't think much of it, but recently it's becoming more frequent and I had to find some answers.

I searched on the web and found this forum. I read some posts, followed instructions on how to read minidump files, and now that I have the "debuglog.txt" I was hoping someone can help me understand and tell me what it means. Here it goes:

    ?? Faulty ram

    Hi,

One minidump is insufficient to determine the root cause of blue screen. Your stack trace shows that it is symptom of faulty ram. Run memtest to stress test the ram. Attach more debug logs here (note: you can attach text file at this forum) if you want the experts at this forum to help you.
