Help My Dell Dimension 8100 is messed up!

    Hello my uncle has a Dell Dimension 8100 and i was going to format it after he got what he needed on files but as i turn it on and start it up there is a screen. The screen says "Strike F1 to reboot or F2 for utility." I press F1 to reboot so he could do whatever he needs but the F1 thing just pops up again. So i do F2 but im unfamiliar with Dell i don't know what to do with it. Anyone got any suggestion or a way for me to get passed these stuff. Thanks
