help! ive installed windows xp on my computer.ive got everything working except the printer. it keeps saying its not attached when it is. the printer didnt work on the previous version of windows either.its a brand new printer (we even bought a new one incase it was the old printer).could my usb ports be broken? if so how do i test for this? and how much time money and hassle will it be to replace them?
