Help needed with XP install

    Help!!!!!!!

    ok i updated my os system to xp/pro last night i got to the point where it asked bout logon info i put in the user name and the code then my cpu crashed after restart it came up that i need to put in a code i did that and it says code not found i need a way to whip out the os and then place xp back on my cpu how can i do that?

    Ok, lets see if I understand correctly, you installed XP, then it crashed upon reboot? What do you mean by crash? Did it freeze and refuse to respond? Was it a BSOD?
    I also assume that you are refering to entering your product key when you say it asks for a code.

    Why not just reformat and start again? You haven't gotten that far yet, and it won't hurt anything.
