help! pc extremely slow

has been slow literally for weeks now. tried everything from spybot, adaware, hjt (which is usually last resort and always works). below is my hjt log. thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Post a fresh HJT log as an attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.

and be sure you don't have norton antivirus...It slowed my computers by 50%...
