Help Picking Motherboard Socket 939

Hi,
I was planning to buy a AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+ on 7/24 when it is suppose to drop in price when Intels new processor is comes out. So i need help choosing a good mother board that is around no more then $100 no inclu tax or shipping. Also i am trying to find a motherboard with 2000mhz FSB or over 1000mhz thats under my budget. Thx for helping!

I would stick with the AM2 boards and chips since they are the "latest and greatest" from AMD. The Gigabyte board you picked is a socket 939 board. Here a a couple of decent AM2 socket boards:

i didn't want a AM2 board after looking at every single one used DDR2 and i didn't want to buy new memory for a motherboard so i decided to buy a socket 939 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813136152 DFI LANPARTY UT nF4 Ultra-D but thx for ur reply
