Help please, have been hijacked!!!!

I'm attaching a hijack this log, would really really appreciate if someone could help out.....

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
#2 Dont use this below program it has spyware
C:\Program Files\Network ICE\BlackICE\RapApp.exe

Hmmm if you have black ice fire wall protection why is search assistant in there,You should have been protected when you hit that page on the net using Search & Destroy\Spybot,Just to warn all you people on so called free programs,I also nice you have zone alarm,for what!,In this world there is not to much free! unless u r a garbage picker !

but I've tried fixing these registires (about:blank) with hyjack this, and they just come right back....
and the firewall is from work, so i don't think i can remove it
