Help please on ImageMixer 1.5 video capturing problem!

Hello everyone! I have been been capturing video from my Sony handicam just fine with my Sony ImageMixer 1.5 software but when I capture it and then play it back, it plays back without sound. Perfect video, but all is mute. I've got the sound turned on of course and the sound card in my computer seems to work fine with everything else -- can someone tell me what's going wrong?? Pretty please!!

....at one time and then all of a sudden quit or just never worked?
