Help Reading Dump

Hey guys, I have Vista randomly crashing on me and I can't figure out why. I've tried messing with the drivers, tried disabling onboard sound... it even crashes in safe mode.

I got one of the dumps, hardware error, I think, but can't make any sense of it. Anyone care to take a stab:
