    Hi,

My computer crashed last week, and I ended up having to do a full reinstall on XP pro (it wouldn't do a repair).

Now all my device drivers are gone. For stuff I added (like the printer), no problem...just reinstall.

However, the system can't find drivers for the audio, and it's making me nuts.

I'm using a 2 year old Powerspec...I checked their website without success. The audio is integrated into the motherboard, so it's not like I can find a brand to download drivers at the manufacturers website...

I did a search on generic drivers, and discovered I don't know as much about this as I thought I did, since I'm unable to match specs.

    Can anyone help?

    respectfully,
    jess

You can download the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's website or the website of the chipset maker.
