Help removing hacktool.rootkit

I just found a virus on my computer. Its the hacktool.rootkit virus and the file that is infected is windows/system32/remon.sys. Norton cannot remove it from the computer and I've tried to manually delete the file but it keeps on coming back. I ran Hijack This and here is the logfile:
