Help solve Windows crash!

Hi, I recently put together a new computer, but once in a while during operation, the computer shows the BSOD and restarts. I have no idea how to interpret the report and fix the problem. Please help! Below is my system's summary and the most recent crash report:

Your error code is 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
A system thread generated an exception which the error handler did not catch. There are numerous individual causes for this problem, including hardware incompatibility, a faulty device driver or system service, or some software issues.

The driver cited as the cause of your crahes is jraid.sys which is a JMicron Raid driver.
