HELP!!! Unable to install Windows XP Chinese Professional on my HP computer!

    I've been trying to install Windows XP Chinese Professional On my HP DC7600 Convertible MiniTower. I install it up to a certain % then an error appears and the computer restarts.. Then i have to use HP Restore CD to install Windows English XP. I tried to Use the chinese cd when it says insert windows os cd. but it ejects and says "please insert windows xp os cd"

    HP has certain machine model series that work fine in Chinese, and others which they do not recommend for Chinese. Have you contacted HP at their Chinese suipport site?
