Help! VISTA HOME 32BIT, DREAMWEAVER 9 v3453

I know it works great on xp pro sp 2! Well all my other cs3 Applications loads but when I execute dreamweaver it start to load and hangs @ intilaizing files. Tryed uninstalling, tryed repair! HELP!
