Help! Web access only in safe mode

Serious problem!! Attached are highjack profiles.
After viral attach "cleared" I have slow performance for unknown reason in std mode, and can get to INET for FTP and PING only, not WWW (no IE or firefox).
However, in safemode, fast fxn and www access okay.

Ran AVIRA with updated definitions, ad-ware, e-trust pest control, spyware, Xoft Spy, Registry repair, Registry booster.

attached please find highjack dumps from safe mode (INet access okay) and regular mode before and after inet connect, but no ability to access www by IE or firefox.

HELP! appreciated! This is interfering with clinical care as laptop has patient data, need INET to upload to record system
