Hello all!
I am in a bit of a jam. I have Vista home 32 bit..As of yesterday my comp was slow...couldnt load pages, couldnt download anything ( when I attempted to dl anything I would get this message 'the connection with the server was reset') Ive ran my McAfee virus scan-nothing ran adaware-nothing ran windows defender-nothing. Today, I did a system restore and when it rebooted..my McAfee wasnt working, it would take me to a screen saying that 'One or more problems cannot be fixed because of an error' Then McAfee would run a download that again was not able to complete! I removed McAfee in an attempt to reinstall it (DUMB IDEA) Now I cannot get it back on my machine! What little I can do from this comp I found some threads about a trojan. I also attempted to install HiJackthis...no luck!
Please if anyone can help me....
