Help with 2nd HDD

OK, recently I got a 2nd Hard drive, 200 gbs, and when I put the slave into it, and the cables, and turned my pc on, it was failure to boot, press enter,

so I removed the the Hard drive, and it still says that,

What Should I do?

Plug back the cable you accidentally pulled loose when installing the new hard drive

Make sure you connected everything as it was before. For hard drive IDE cables it does matter which plug (blue, black, grey) goes where.
