Inactive Help with Cerber ransomware

Two computers have been compromised by the Cerber ransomware.

AS an IT REP how do I recovered the computers in detail from this Ransomware? and what can be put in place to ensure that other machines on the network will not become compromised in the future.

Unfortunately I don't have any good news for you.
Unless those computers are infected with the oldest version of Cyber your decryption chances are zero.
