help with emulators

can anyone tell me how to use emulators. i just downloaded 2, but wont say where as i know techspot doesnt condone this sort of thing. 1 was a ps2 emulator + the other 126 nes games. how do i get it to run? i have winrar, do i use this if so how? i just want to play some classic games + bring back happy childhood memories. without having to buy a computer + games(i already have pc, ps2, psp, ds, + gc. i would appreciate some help. thank you.

You won't get any. Roms are illegal & it's borderline even when you own the original game. Add to the fact that NES/SNES games will be re-released on the Wii for a price, so we can't be having such discussions here.
