help with error plz

iam sorry if iam not on the right forum but i have this error when iam starting up a game ,so this is what happens when i click start game an window pops up from the game but its black and then a little window pops up in front of it and says Error and all it shows is alot of little squares kinda like this [][][][][][][][][][] [][][][][][][][][][] and so on .....so can someone help me out plz. Thank you
