    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

Then, go HERE and do likewise.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment, only after doing the above.

    Regards Howard

I will not download a .doc file, because of the risk of viruses etc.

However, since you are having trouble attaching a .txt file. Copy and paste your HJT log into your next post.

Make sure you have followed all the instructions in the links I gave you first.

Once I`ve finished with it, I`ll delete it.

    Regards Howard :)

You have not followed the instructions in the links I gave you. Unless you follow them exactly I can`t help you.

Also, you shouldn`t be running two antivirus programmes at the same time. Get rid(uninstall)of them both and download and install the free AVG antivirus programme and the free Zonealarm firewall.

You can get them HERE and HERE.

Install Zonealarm, followed by AVG. reboot your system and run the AVG updates. Then do a complete system scan in safe mode. Run all the applications in the links I gave you.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.

If you don`t want to go through all the instructions. You could always backup your important data and reformat and reinstall. This would almost certainly, get rid of any nasties you have on your system.

    Regards Howard :)

Hey`` Thank god and thank you``
after i ran two of those instructions again``
my norton removed it `` and the virus never appeared
    on my system again``

Well, i have a few questions`` Ever since me and my family
got the norton 2006 version, we always get some kind virus
on the computer`` i believe its the software problem``
and i heard that alot ppl have this same kind **** with symantec``
i wonder if u can give me some recommendations about whats
the best antivirus software to use```

    Symantec/Norton crapware is terrible.

Download the free AVG antivirus programme from HERE.

Download the free Zonealarm firewall programme from HERE.

Disconnect from the net and uninstall Norton from add remove programmes in your control panel. You may have to uninstall it in several bits, rebooting after each uninstall.

Once you`ve got rid of Norton, install Zonealarm followed by AVG. Reboot your system and reconnect to the net. Run the AVG updates.

    Regards Howard :)
