Help with highjacked Google search result links

Hi there:

I also seem to have a problem with malware that causes Google search results to be re-directed when you click on it. It happens in Firefox as well as IE.

Redirection is to some advertisement sites instead of the correct result (that is shown on the Google result page)

I followed the 8-step process but it did not work (problem still there)

The logs are attached.

OK, I took a look at some of the other responses to the problem. It appears that ComboFix did the trick for our problem; the program did its magic and the re-direction problem is gone.
I am attaching the log file from ComboFix.
