Help with Hijack

Pls help with this log I am having pc problems with browser and when clicking any link nothing opens.

P.S. Actually so bad I cannot even attach my .txt file here, when I click manage attachments nothing happens. I have been HIJACKED.

EDIT: Ok got it attached after doing webroot spy sweep and window wash.

run your spybot search & destroy and an anti-virus.

Hijack this tells me nothing.

Tried spybot, adaware and antivir - nothing helps. Still nothing happens when i click any link, it just hangs for awhile.
