Fortunately this computer was turned off the minute the owner saw something. I used spybot and malwarebytes to clean it before I started this process. The first thing removed was virtumonde.sci. The computer is running much faster now.

No big alarms, but I would change things a bit. I would remove SpyBot all together...
Consider using Avira Antivir, Microsoft Security Essentials, and Malware bytes, since you already have SuperAntiSpyware...
You are showing a "threat" rather than an infestation... be sure that is all it is with another scan with those mentioned.
