Help with infostealer.gampass please

Hi I recently scanned my pc using Symantec Antivirus Client and it detected 2 files affected by infostealer.gampass.

When I tried to delete or quarantine the files, it is now allowed.
The file names are

ztfree1.dll
qhdoor1.dll

Ive attached a log file of HijackThis.
