Help with my computer

I have a ECS elitegroup k7s5a pro motherboard first i had
a 1.0 duron, and the fan quit on that and then went the cpu because i
did not know and thin i got a 2400+ /266mhz it works great but it ran
at 1800+ so i went in to my bios and i changed the 100mhz/100mhz to
133mhz/133mhz my bios says that the first one is cpu and the second one is
dram but you cant just change on so i changed both and i'm running
windows xp and it will not boot up it will just restart plz help me thanks

sentences, a more informative title, and more detailed info will help you get an answer quicker.
the 2400+ does NOT run at 2.4 GHz. it's called a 2400 b/c AMD says it is comparable to a P4 2.4. the clock speed on that 2400+ IS around 1.8 - 2.0 GHz though. if u knew that already my bad. as for bioses, if you know what you are doing you can get an overclocker bios for this board which will give you a few more options for settings. someone else will give you more help on what to set those timings at though.
