The problem began when i formated my pc.
as I installed everything and whent to use a dvd disk in my dvd drive i realised that the the drive wasn't reading the disk, as it cam up with blank cd. And when i whent into the device properties it say the disk is 0 bytes, whcih means it isnt reading it.
I have also tried reinstaling the device and no luck.
PLEAZE I NEED YOUR HELP

Try a CD with some info on it , data or music....blank disks will read 0 bytes.

but thats not the thing the issue is just with dvd's, i go to insert a blank dvd and it recognises it as Blank Cd. This is realy buging me as i am trying to burn a 750 meg iso onto it so please help me!!

it recognises my dvd/cd drive as a cd drive and when their is a blank dvd it says their is 0 bytes on the disk, but still the main problem is that it shows itself as a cd drive and doesnt read dvd's

it also reads cd's but when u go into the options it doesnt tell you how much space is left on the disk just how much is used.
Come on cant anybody help?
