HELP with Sansa M240 MP3 player

Everytime I try to connect my new Sansa M240 1GB MP# player to my Windows XP computer it gives me a Code 10 The device cannot start.

I have a Sansa 512 MB player that works fine on the same system.

Can anyone help?
