Help with w32.myzor.fk@yf

I have a virus on my computer and it is reported as w32.myzor.fk@yf.
It appeared yesterday along with an antivirus program, Virus Buster which had loaded itself onto my computer.I found this site in a search for help.in reading other posts. I have followed the instructions went to Trend Micro and ran an online virus scan but they couldn't remove all of the problems and I ran HiJackthis.
I will attempt to attach the log file.
Please helpp

Go and read the Viruses/Spyware/Malware, preliminary removal instructions. Follow all the instructions exactly.

Post fresh HJT and AVG Antispyware logs as ATTACHMENTS into this thread, only after doing the above.
