k i have a usb keyboard that has never failed me for about 2 years and suddenly it stops working it is plugged to a notebook but i use it more like a desk top i have speakers, mouse, and keyboard with and extra port for misc, when i plug it in the comp identifies it but the lights dont turn on and it wont type does anyone have a solution

Is this still a problem? You'd need be more specific as to just what " the comp identifies it" means (as in what the computer is doing and msgs u see) tho the first advice is to uninstall then reinstall the drivers. (Oh yea, should u still need help computer and operating specs also help)
