i want to boot the system with CDROM but i failed i.e system is not taking CDROM as firt boot becose of that the system stars the booting from HARDDISK .I had kept the CDROM as first boot in bios settings.So please suggest me how to solve this problem

Check the setting in bios for Try other devices when booting, also try setting the drive id to cd instead of auto.

ps make sure you set the boot sequence back to try other devices when you have got your first part of installation done.
I presume you only have 1 cd drive :)

Some BIOSes have two boot sequences - one for normal startup and another in case of power failure. There may also be a separate setting that prevents booting from removable media.

Is your CDROM actually detected by the BIOS?
Is the CD itself actually bootable/OK? Try with a CD that is known to boot in another computer.
