Helper.dll and msziptools.dll cannot remove virus

Hello. I've followed the 8 steps and attached my logs to this post. I read that the helper.dll is a trojan that pulls backdoor files like bank account information and sends it on for identity theft purposes. I'm really trying not to feed into a frenzy of irrational thought but my husband wants me to change all of our passwords, he's super-panicked, etc., and I don't really want to do that if this doesn't warrant it? Can anyone save my marriage??

It's a dell, it's about 3.5 years old - And I continue to see the helper.sig and common files when I reboot. Any help or even a link to another site if need be would be really appreciated

Observation: If MBAM log states 'delete on reboot', then restart the computer.

  • Repeat scans with MBAM & SAS until clean or reports something it cannot clean.
  • Scan with ComboFix
  • Restart the computer & scan with HJT.
  • Post logs & your observations.

Reference for this problem. Will look for improvements with tool - or not.
