Thanks in advance. Well my computer is all ready runing much better also starts up and shuts down much faster. So far no noticable problems. We will see what you guys have to say about my logs.

Your system doesn`t look too bad. However, we need to get rid of some entries in your HJT log.

Delete all files in AVG Antispyware quarantine.

Run HJT with no other programmes open. Click the scan button. Have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).
