hey all well im new here but i ll guess i'll start right out with my question...lol ......i would love to know why my pc is so slow now? i am on cable, just got a new motherboard put in and since then i am hanging somewhat......and something seems to be eating away at my system resources. i've already did misconfig* and disabled some startup items it helped a little....but i should still be faster. its also a new harddrive and i have very little on it. 128 ram 700 processor p3 i believe any suggestions? ty

    Hello.

If you have windows 98/ME on the machine before changing motherboard, did you do a full reinstall of the OS ?

if you have windows 2000 or XP, have you installed the latest service packs, and upgraded to latest drivers for all devices?
